Designed for women, taught by women.

Want to learn to feel stronger and more empowered? Learn Jiu-Jitsu! This class teaches basic Jiu-Jitsu techniques and practical self-defense skills, including fundamental takedowns, position escapes, position controls, and attacks. The class offers a relaxed, non-threatening environment, ideal for beginners. Training session include warm-up, technical drills and sparring.

WHO:
This series is for all folks who self-identify as women. Minimum age 10 years old.
