Women's Self-Defense Seminar: 3-Week Workshop
Preparation is the best form of self-defense! Our 3-week workshop series will help you build a self-defense toolbox to help you prevent, escape and survive assaults. Learn how to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings, apply physical techniques and develop safety strategies. We'll meet 3 consecutive Saturdays at the Guardian Gym in Oakland, CA.
Each class starts with a series of warm-up exercises followed by instruction in a specific set of skills and techniques practiced with a partner. The class ends with partner drills to build confidence and strengthen muscle memory.

The seminar is first come, first served basis. Participants must be 9 years old or older (born in 2008 or earlier). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE REGISTRATION when we reach full capacity, or by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2017 at midnight, whichever comes first. No refund after Thursday, October 26, 2017.
