Judy Gomes

Judy Gomes is personal trainer and fitness coach. She is a certified Crossfit Level 1 instructor and a Kettlebell Concepts certified coach. She is also TRX-qualified and an NASM CPT.

Judy started her fitness journey as a young child doing gymnastics but soon gravitated to sports with more physical contact. She played competitive soccer until high school. Once in college, she began resistance training and completed her first marathon. This inspired her to embark on her career as a personal trainer. 

Judy also trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. She was first introduced to BJJ by her husband and has been training and competing since 2009. While training for competitions she discovered the benefits of Crossfit. She loves the community-oriented approach of both sports. Judy specializes in teaching Brazilian jiu-jitsu and strength training for all people at all levels.
